Bernard R. Drexinger, M.D.

Dr. Bernard R. Drexinger, Jr., received his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia in 1986. He continued at the Medical College of Georgia for an internship in internal medicine, finishing in 1987. He completed his residency in neurology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 1990.  Graduated from Georgia Tech with Bachelor of Engineering, Science and Mechanics in 1982.

Dr. Drexinger received certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in 1993, with additional qualifications in clinical neurophysiology received in 1996. He received certification from the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine in 1993. Dr. Drexinger is a member of several professional organizations including the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, and American Academy of Electro-diagnostic Medicine.
Dr. Drexinger began his private practice in 1990. He served as chief of staff at North Fulton Hospital, in Roswell, Georgia, during the 2000-2001 term.

Dr. Drexinger practices at Wellstar North Fulton and Northside Forsyth Hospitals.
