Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment there are several options below:

You can call or text our office at (770) 751-1589

-You can log onto the portal, click your name, then select "schedule " on the dropdown box, then select the type of appointment you want and chose from the available dates

-If you are a new patient or if you have not yet registered for the portal, if you leave the name and password blank, then click on :register" in the bottom left corner, it will walk you through registering for the portal
